The Twenty-First Annual ASECA Dinner will be held on Friday, February 22, 2013 in Washington, DC.  As usual, the dinner will be held in conjunction with PLI's SEC Speaks.

The William O. Douglas Award will be awarded to SEC Chairman Elisse B. Walter, also a former SEC staff member in the Office of General Counsel and Division of Corporation Finance.
